Who are you and what do you do?

The-Kitchen-Hub offers a design, supply and installation service to our residential clients. We project our installations from start to finish, which are carried out by our own professional tradesmen, and offer an insurance backed guarantee – so no matter what happens, you can be assured you are in safe hands

Do you supply and fit or fit only?

We cover all work. We can design and supply, supply and fit, and fit only – however our warranties differ with each service. For all our supply and fit services, we offer a comprehensive insurance backed guarantee with all our work.

How long will it take to start my project?

This really depends on you and the scale of your project. As soon as you sign your proposal and pay the deposit, the sooner we can book you in. If you have a specific deadline, we will do our best to accommodate.

How do the payments work?

Materials are paid for in advance, then a 50% deposit is placed on the installation quote when we arrange a start date, this is your commitment to us that the installation will go ahead and we can move on to ordering the required building products. The balance is paid on completion of the agreed works detailed on the final quotation and proposal. We are always open and honest and the payment for the works agreed is what you pay, nothing more.

Do you offer finance?

At The-Kitchen-Hub, we understand that many customers may prefer the option of paying with finance. That’s why we’re proud to be partnered with established credit brokers, Ideal4Finance, to enable customers to spread the cost of your purchase with manageable monthly payments.
